Returns and Exchanges
To return or exchange a Product, you must inform us of your intention to return or exchange a Product. You can do this by contacting our Client Assistant by sending an email to clients@avercini.com
Please note that the Return and Exchange process must be initiated within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.
You will receive an email confirming your return or exchange request in 24hrs. Please follow the instructions below to return the product(s) to our warehouse:
- Wrap the Products you wish to return or exchange safely to avoid damage; Place them in their original package, and then inside the shipping box in which you received your order;
- Attach the return prepaid shipping label included in the email from our Client Assistant to the outside of the box, on top of the original shipping label, and seal the box securely;
To make the refund process quick and easy please respond to our Client Assistant and include a tracking number.
Refunds
When we receive a Product that a customer has requested to return or exchange, we will first check to make sure that the conditions for a return or exchange have been met. If the conditions are met, we will process the exchange or refund. The refund will be issued to the original purchaser using the same payment method and currency as the original purchase. The refund process after receiving the product(s) can take up to 3 banking days.
Return and Exchange Conditions
Returns or exchanges for Products purchased from AVERCINI can be made within 30 calendar days of receiving the Products. Exchanges are only allowed for the same Product in a different size or color. If you wish to receive a different Product, you must first return the original Product for a refund and then place a new order online for the desired Product.
To be eligible for a return, Products must be returned in their original, unaltered condition, with no signs of use or damage. They must be returned in their original packaging, if applicable, with all tags and labels attached, as well as any related accessories, documents (such as instruction booklets and Product certificates), and protective covers. All of these items must be included in the return.
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for Products that are incomplete, altered, worn, damaged, or soiled.
This does not impact your legal rights for Products that have manufacturing defects or do not match the description provided. In such cases, please contact us to discuss your options.
